Danvers 5k

Fifteen runners came out tonight in spite of the wet, cold, and windy night. 

Welcome to our new comers last night.  Jeff Lane, Greg Esbitt, Kristen Barry, and Mike Splaine.   

New comer Jeff Lane came in first with a time of 19:06 with Greg Esbitt very close behind with a time of 19:10, placing second.  Aaron Toleos came in third with an even 20:00.  And a congrats to Ethan Tye who set a new PR for himself this week.  Great job everyone.

Some of us Danvers Fun Run people headed into Reading today to join the 152 runners in The Hornet Hustle 5K race.  I am proud to say our two guys did a great job.  Give it up to Chris Soucy who placed 3rd in his division and 9th place all around with a time of 20:56.  And a big way to go to Aaron Toleos who placed 10th all around with a time of 20:59.

And there, off!  As you can see, this was a race of all ages.  The kids did great!
