Oh yes…we are huge.

With 47 runners this week, who can fault our total hugeness. And if you act now we’ll even throw in an extra “Gigantic” at no additional cost. “WOW”

We had some quick little bunnies this week. Seven to be exact. Seven personal records, It’s HUGE!

As well we gave host to three first time runners, will they be back next week? who knows!

We’re HUGE!

Guess who? Welcome to the next installment of idle babble from the neurotic mind of the levitating teddy bear. This week we hosted 38 runners but had had a total of 78 legs and feet. How is that possible you ask?…well you’ll have to talk to Oliver about that one.

Pretty hot tonight, luckily we were well prepared with some cold libations for the post run rehydrate. There were a few special guests this evening. JunYong Pak had his family in town to offer him some running support. Which really seemed to work, because he came in first (AGAIN). Other highlights on the evening consisted of  5 first time runners, and 5 Personal Records. Not bad considering the bumped up temps.

I also heard through the grapevine that another Wednesday night run posted a strong number this week of runners. The trail series in Lynn Woods had from what I hear in the neighborhood of 130 runners this week. (DAMM!) That’s alot of feet. It is a great place to run some trails, Congrats to them.

So in closing, if someone has a pair of scissors and a ladder, I would appreciate a little help getting down from here. And grab me sixer of Honey Porter.

Well it seems that the rains have finally decided to subside to summers will. I don’t know about you, but I really couldn’t handle anymore RAIN.

I’m a little tired so I will keep this one brief (pause for sigh of relief) We had 37 runners this week…well actually we had 38, but I am not supposed to mention this persons name. SO moving on. Brett Rickenbauch and Annie Rose Willis held it down this week coming in for the first male and first female. We had 4 first time runners, and of those 4, one (Preston Curtis) ran it barefoot. We had only one PR this week, and that belonged to Alison Moore, who is shaving off minutes per week.

See you on Wednesday.

Hello…I am Adams Hangover. I will be posting the results and writing the blog this week. Adam would have liked to have been here in person, but he doesn’t really know where here is right now, so I will in his stead. Hangover is more of a title than a name, so for references sake you can call me “Red” For those of you not satisfied with simple nicknames you can call me Doctor Redbewl Vodkawski.

As you all know it is no longer July 1st, to be frank it’s the 8th, and it’s under 2 hours from this weeks run, so this may not be the best written blog, or the longest for that matter, but please bare with me for this is not really my element. I usually deal with headaches and vomiting, with a landslide of empty promises, usually to the affect of  ”I’m never doing that ever again” or “please make the world stop spinning” you get the idea.

Being that I am a Hangover, I am void of the things you call legs, it’s not that I don’t have experience with them, it’s just that the only time I seem to see them in action is when Adam is running from his bed to the bathroom to say a little prayer to the porcelain god. So…for me running serves a different purpose than it does for you, but I am sure not always.

so now that we are done with introductions, and are quite comfortable with who we are and what we do, I would like to congratulate the 29 runners who took part your D5K this week. It appears there were 2 first time runners, and 4 personal records. One must also take into consideration that you had a different course this week. I would like to thank all who helped out with directing the runners through the course so that nobody would make a wrong turn and get lost out thereon the mean streets of Danvers.

So before leaving…Goodbye.

Yours Shortly,  Red.
