What a great night for a run, a little chilly if your just hanging out but a good temp for getting that heart rate up!

We had a good turn out of 34 runners this week, with the whole group finishing in under 30 minutes.  Great job everyone!

David Long came in first with a pretty speedy time of 17:57, setting a new PR for himself.  Crystal Anthony is on a roll coming in 2nd with a time of 18:39, and being our first female for quit a few weeks now.  James DeLucca came in close behind, taking third with a time of 18:57.  Our other speedy little lady, Annie Rose Willis came in fourth this week with a time of 20:08.  Kevin Strom came in fifth with a time of 20:46, two weeks in a row, those just might be your lucky numbers!

Welcome to our new b’s this week;  Colleen Ryan 21:08, Josh Doxsee 21:19, and Robbie Armstrong 25:44.

Just a reminder to you all, when giving Adam your name please let him know if this was a first run or a PR for yourself so we can give credit where it is due!  We also love to see all the canned food contributions coming in, so please keep them coming!  The food pantry thanks all of your kindness!

It was great to see you all again, hopefully I will be able to stop and and see you again soon!

Tonight was definitely more interesting than the norm.  We had to change our route last minute to avoid the huge crowd in Danvers Square for Oldies Night.  We started our run a few streets up turning the 5K into slightly under 3 miles.  We had beautiful weather and a good turnout of 29 people in spite of the no parking.

Tim Short took first last night with a time of 17:08.  Jay Molloy came in second with a time of 18:25 and Chris Soucy came in third with 18:44.  Great Job everyone!

Welcome to our new-b’s tonight (in order of running time).  Tom Milaschewski, Matt Duncan, Siobhan Stoney, Sarah Thomas, Jamie Scola, Danielia Phayre, and Brad Porter.

No PRs tonight in alight to the slight course change.  Although it was minimal and the runners did do great!

Here’s a few random pics of some of the runners last night.

What a beautiful night for a run!  We had a slightly smaller turn out this week than usual with only 18 runners.

Trey Sullivan is a pretty speedy guy coming in first with a time of 19:43.  Chris Soucy was close behind with a time of 19:50, don’t forget the short shorts next week and you’ll be so much faster.  The amazing Billy Prentiss came in third with a time of 20:19.  Wow, don’t we all wish we had his stamina?

Welcome to our two new-b’s this week, Annie Rose and Steve Chase.  and a big congrats to those who set a new PR this week.  Trey Sullivan, Chris Soucy, Jeff Citroni, and Mike Hale.

Here are some random pic’s from the run.

Trey with Chris pretty close behind.  Way to go you two!

Billy even has enough energy to show some enthusiasm with the high fist up.

And shes still smiling, way to go Annie.

I do believe you are so fast that you are actually air-bourne!

Look at you three go, wow!  Great to see you again Rachel (with husband Caleb and son Jakob).

Just a little reminder to all that we appreciate all the cans that you bring in for the food Pantry and would like to see them still coming!

Just a little shout out to Aaron Toleos, Jen Howland, Crystal Sineath, and Liam Brady.  I hope you are all healed from your injuries and back to running soon!

Another quick reminder that I am walking in the NSMC Cancer Walk this weekend and all donations are very much appreciated.  Thank you so much to those of you have sponsored me.  Every dollar counts towards helping Salem Hospital better themselves for our loved ones.  If anyone else would be interested you can donate here firstgiving.com/dawnallinder.  Thanks so much!

What a beautiful night for a run, with the temp in the upper 60’s and clear skies.  We had a pretty good turn out of 35 runners, that’s with us missing a lot of our regulars.

Welcome to our six new-b’s last night.  Mark Asaro, Mike Paddol, Dan Curtis, Jeff Citroni, John Kymalaihen, and Susan Keezer.

Great Job to Mark Asaro who was here for his first run and came in first with a time of 18:58.  Jen Howland and Tim Short kept each other company on their stroll in at 19:22 taking second and third places.  Congrats to Jen Howland, Nicole Blumberg, and Kevin Whitehead who all set a new P.R. for themselves tonight.

Here’s a few random pictures of some of our runners from last night.
