SUPPORT:
This week, I would like to send out my support to all of our D5K regulars who are currently nursing some
annoying injuries, which are hindering there ability to participate in the run. Telling a runner they can't run
is like telling the Devil to behave. GOOD LUCK.
So as a tribute to our friends who can't participate, I will be running in their stead. BAREFOOT! So get ready to
read the back of my shirt. It's ON. Immediately following the run there will be an autograph signing, along with
Shark rides for the kiddies. No photos please.
