I would like to pre-gratulate all of the D5K runners who will be participating in the 2010 Boston Marathon. Monday will mark the culmination of all your effort, all your training, and all your sacrifice. on Monday you will be but one in a see of thousands, but only you will get you to the finish line, only you can see this one through. This is your day to shine. If I could impose upon you one small request. If you find yourself in trouble, without another step you can take…just take one more for me. Then one more for all of us at the D5K who are pulling for you, but most importantly take one more for you. Remember that statement “just one more” and you will own the day.
