Busy, busy week. Didn’t get to write anything for the blog this week. Matt Adams was first for the guys. Annie Rose Willis was first for the gals. Seth finished the course. I fell off the wagon.

Despite a sweltering heat that had most runners 15-30 seconds off their pace and landed at least one D5K’er in the hospital (all better now), it was a good day for most of our runners.
